Our employees at reception take care of your well-being every day from 8:00 a.m. and take care of all matters relating to your treatment, which is individually tailored to you.
Waiting area:
Enjoy the lounge-style of our waiting room, designed to keep you comfortable. Although waiting is never an issue, we offer complimentary cold drinks for all our patients. News and an extensive list of all our services can be found on a large plasma screen on the wall.
Treatment room:
We strive to provide a friendly and pleasant atmosphere in our practice. For your comfort, all our treatment rooms are equipped with the latest technology.
The practice has nine treatment rooms and one surgery room. All of them are equipped with the latest technology. Some of them have a direct view of the towers of Regensburg Cathedral or a beautiful backyard in Regensburg's old town. In addition, all treatment rooms are equipped with multimedia. We use intraoral cameras to show you images of your teeth on a monitor and explain the treatment process to you in detail.
Prophylaxis department:
There is an independent prophylaxis department in our practice. Our highly trained and professional prophylaxis assistants (ZMF) will take care of your well-being during the professional dental cleaning, advise you on all questions regarding oral hygiene and give you valuable tips on how to successfully take care of your teeth at home.
Dental laboratory:
Our practice has an integrated dental laboratory where we produce aesthetical dentures of high quality for you. Since our laboratory connects to the practice rooms, the colour selection, for example, can be made directly on-site, which reduces waiting time and additional visits.

Waiting times - optimised time management
It’s essential for us to keep waiting time four our patients as short as possible. Through optimised time management we avoid longer waiting times entirely. There might be delays in rare occasions, when we prioritize emergencies and treat patients who suffer severe pain without an appointment.
Initial examination - combined with a detailed consultation
Every treatment begins with us learning more about your dental requirements. This initial session is followed by a detailed consultation where you describe your concerns or problems to us. We will then discuss possible treatment options and our treatment concepts with you. A comprehensive initial examination is a basis for any further procedure. We will examine your teeth, gums, chewing muscles, and jaw joints. If necessary, new X-rays and photos will be taken.
Consultation
Based on the results of the examination, we will inform you about possible or necessary treatment concepts.
Reminder service (recall)
To keep an eye on the long-term health of your teeth, we recommend check-ups at regular intervals and offer to remind you of upcoming examinations at your convenience.
Financial services
There are different ways of financing dental treatments. Together with our partners, we offer various options for financing dental treatments that are not or only partly covered by health insurance. We can arrange individual instalment plans and support you in case of queries with your statutory or private health insurance or the benefits offices. Our practice team will provide you with all necessary documents, justifications, and, if necessary, expert opinions for your dental treatment to ensure the smoothest possible procedure.
Our trained staff regularly attends further and advanced training courses to ensure that they are always up-to-date with the latest technology. However, we do not only have professional competence and many years of experience, but we also work with the most modern diagnostic and treatment techniques. CEREC and CAD/CAM
Our laboratory is equipped with the latest technology. Many dentures can now be made fully out of ceramics. For this purpose, rough frameworks are designed virtually and manufactured with an industrial grinding machine according to CAD/CAM technology.
